That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Lot number five (S) in Eastview Addition to the Town of Ft. Branch, Gibson County, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 128, Page 393, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that r,e knows of his own knowledge that said above described r " real property was formerly owned by Chailes Sidle and Media Sidle, - _ . — - - . _ . ., husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge, that•the said Charles Sidle died on or about June 22, 1960, and that'the said Charles Sidle and Media Sidle, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the'said Charles Sidle.
