That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Beginning at an Iron Pipe seventy six and one half (76.5) feet east of the Southeast Corner of Lot i�umber Thirty Nine (39) in warrick's Enlargement of the Town of Owensville, thence running east seventy two (72) feet to Second Street, thence South along Second Street One hundred forty eight and one half (148.5) feet to Walnut Street, thence West along Walnut Street seventy tcoo (72) feet to an Iron Pipe, thence North One hundred forty eight and one half (148.5) feet to the place of beginning, containing twenty five hundredths (.25) of an acre, more or less, the above being an out lot in the Town of Ocvensville, Indiana. 3eing the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 120, Page 435, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knoc•�s of her own knowledge that said above described real property �aas formerly owned by Thomas H. Smith and Elsie Smith, husband and wife as tenants by the e;�tirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowl- edge that the said Thomas H. Smitn died intestate on or about October 7, 1959, and that said Thomas H. Smith and E1sie Smith oJere husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Thomas H. Snith. Affiant further states that sne knoo�s of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Thomas H. Smith at the time of his death, within the meaning oi the Federal Estate Tax Laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that tne estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
