That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in the Town of Oakland City, Gibson County, Zndiana, towit: LOTS Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in Block Sixty-three (63) in Harper's Addition to Oakland City, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 124, Page 539, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALS O, Lot Number �.velve (12) in Harper's Addition to the Town, now City, of Oakland City, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record Drawer No.l, Card 1193, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; � ALSO, Lot No. Nine (9) in E.W. Harper Addition to the Town of Oakland City, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 146 Page 14, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Paul R. Smith and Naomi Smith, husband and wife, as tenancs by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Paul R. Smith died on or about February 13, 1971, and that the said Paul R. Smith and Naomi Smith were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Paul R. Smith. .' Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of the said Paul R.
