A���T R Q�Qi SS: AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY L'eona Sokeland, being first duly sworn upon her oath, - deposes and says: That�she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife. That she is familiar with the following des�ribed real estate located in Gibson County, indiana, towit: A part of the northeast quarter of Section thirty-four (34) Township two (2) south, Range Eleven (11) west, bounded as follows, towit: Begin in the south line of said quarter Section at a point 13.70 chains west of the southeast corner thereof, and run thence west 6.85 chains; thence north 25.50 chains, more or less, to the south li ne of a tract owned in 1901 by Mrs. Binkley; thence east 6.85 chains; thence south to the place of beginning, containing 17.50 acres, more or less. ALSO, A part of the northeast quarter of Section Thirty- Four (34), Township Two (2) south, Range Eleven (11) west, bounded as follows, towit: Beginning in the south line of said quarter section at a point 20.55 chains west of the southeast corner thereof, and running thence north 25.50 chains, more or less, to Mrs. Binkley's south line (as existing in 1901); thence west to the center of Marsh Creek; thence along said creek with the meanderings thereof to the south line of said quarter section; thence east to the place of beginning and containing 17.50 acres, more or less; Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 157 Page 65; Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Charles Sokeland and Leona Sokeland, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Charles Sokeland died on or about March 19, 1972, and that said Charles Sokeland and Leona Sokeland, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Charles Sokeland. __._..� � � :._ Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Charles Sokeland, at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Taac.
