AFFIDAVIT AS T TENANCY NTIRETY
Albertina Spindler being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Union Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit,
designated as Tracts #1 and #z=
TRACT �1: The Sonthwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 11 West, in Gibson County,
Indiana, containing 40 acres, more or less.
EXCEPT: A one (1) acre tract of the Southwest corner of said
tract described as follows: Part of the Southwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 3 South, Range
11 West, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the South-
west corner of said quarter quarter section and run thence East
264 feet; thence North 157'� feet; thence West 264 feet; thence
South to the place of beginning, containing one (1) acres, more
or less.
TRACT #2: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 11 West of Gibson County,
Indiana, containing 40 acres, more or less.
EXCEPT-: A one (1) acres tract of the Northwest corner of said
tract described as follows: Part of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 3 South, Range
11 West, Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 3 South, Range
11 West, and run thence East 223 feet; thence South 195 feet;
thence West 223 feet; thence North 195 feet to the place of
beginning, containing one (1) acres, more or less.
Containing in all a total of 78 acres, more or less.
Note: For chain of title see Deed Records as follows: Deed
Record 121, page 154; Deed Record 121, page 165; Deed Record 121,
page 165; Deed Record 121, page 166; and Deed Record 132, page 341,
all of record in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;
and that she kno�os of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Joe A. Spindler and Albertina
Spindler, husband and wife, with the.specific intention of
acquiring title thereto and holding the same as tenants by the
entirety.
Affiant futher states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Joe A. Spindler died testate, on or about November 28,
1973, and that said Joe A. Spindler and Albertina Spindler were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Joe A. Spindler.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Joe A. Spindler at the time of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
