Summers, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) ye.ars of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Allof Lot Number Nine (9), and a part of Lot Number Eight (8), as designated on the recorded plat of Broadleigh Park Addition, a subdivision of Patoka Township, Gibson County, indiana, and further described as follows, to-wit.: "Begin at a point in the East line of said Lot No. 8, which point may be found by running South (5° 35' west) 64.25 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot No. 7 in said Broadleigh Park Addition; from the point of_beginning thus found run thence South (5° 35' West) along the said East line to the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 8(a distance of 34,75 feet); run thence West," along the South line of said Lot No. 8, a distance of 142.5 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; run thence North (5° 35' East), along the West line of said lot, a distance of 34.75 feet; run thence East, pa"rallel to the South line of said Lot No. 8, a distance of 142.5 feet to the place of beginning, and being the same real estate referred to in Deed Record 98, page 172 and Deed Drawer #1, Card �2117, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by James A. Summers and Minnie C. Summers, husband and wife as tenants.by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said James A. Summers died intestate, on or about February 28, 1972, and that said James A. Summers and Minnie C. Summers were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said James A. Summers. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said James A. Summers at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
