AFFIDAVIT FOR TRAATSFER OF REAL
ESTATE UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE
To ROY E. OWENS,
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana.
STATE OF INDIANA,
COUNTY OF GIBSOI`T, SS:
RICHARD SUMMERS, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that under date of 9pril 7th. , 1964, this affiant and LILLIAN GRACE
SUMMERS, his mother, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not
as tenants in common, acquired title to the following described real estate,
situate in the C3ty of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Sixty (60) feet of equal width off the east end of a part
of Lot 7 in Clarksville, now a part of and within the corporation
limits of the City of Princeton, from the platting of said Clarks-
ville, September 30, 1879, and which part of said Lot is bounded
as follows, to-�vit: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot
i and running thence east 148 feet and 6 inches to the east line of
said Lot; thence south 49 feet and 6 inches; thence cvest parallel
with the north line of said Lot 148 feet and 6 inches to the west
line thereof; thence north 49 feet and 6 inches to the place of be-
ginning.
The said LILLIAN GRACE SUMMERS departed this life on the
7th day of Apri1, 1971, leaving this affiant as the surviving joint tenant, and
this affiant executes this affidavit to induce the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana, to transfer the above described real estate to the name of RICHARD
SUMMERS upon the tax duplicates and transfer records of the City of Princeton.
