Lessee's execution of authorizacion to pay Lura ivl. Skelton, as identified
on the "Purchase Grant Regular Long - B" form to which this addendum is attached,
is limited solely to acknowledgment of Lura Skelton's right to receive said compensation.
Acknowledgment by Southern Triangle Oil Company shall not be interpreted to
release or subordinate any rights held by Southern Triangle Oil Gompany in iu
leasehold interest claimed by nature of a certain oil and gas lease covering the
property described below, to-wit:
