That she is the surviving widow of Carl Simon and that she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit: The west part of the east half oi Fractional Section 4, Township 4 south, Range 11 west, and further described as follows: Begin at the northwest corner oi the east half of Fractional Section 4, measuZe thence east along the north line of the Section 640.5 feet to the center line of Jordan Creek; as dredged; measure thence south, 7 degrees west, along the Jordan Creek center line 1,483.7 feet to the south line of Fractional Section 4, and the center line of State Road #68; measure thence west along the said-south line o£ the said-Fractional Section 461.8 feet to the southwest corner of the east half o£ the Fractional Section, which point is 2,702.04 ieet east of the southwest coiner of Section 4; measure thence north along the west line of the said East Half 1,464 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 18.56 acres; SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to part of the right-of- way of State Road #68 off the south side thereof (0.42 of an acre), and a County Road right-of-way off the north end o£ said tract. Being the same Real Estate described by Warranty Deed in Deed Record Book 157 at Page 237 and Quit-Claim Deeds in Book Numbei 172 at Page 496 and Dliscellaneous Drawer 2 Card #8701 Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; . Affiant Purther states that she knows oi her own knowledge that the said Carl Simon died testate, on or about June 28, 1969, and that said Carl Simon and affiant were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Carl Simon. Af£iant further states that the assets of Decedent's Estate as of the date of his demise, carried an insuPficient value to cause Decedent's Estate to be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
