AFFZDAVIT FOR TRANSFER
OF REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION
TO: RAYMOND KUESTER, Auditor
Gibson County, Indiana
ERMA SMITH, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that M. BYRD SMITH died November 27, 1976, and the
said M. BYRD SMITH and this affiant were, at the time of his
death, husband and wife, and were the owners as tenants by the
entirety of the following real estate situate in Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
A lot of ground situated in the Supplement to
Wilson's Enlargement to the town of Owensville;
containing 1/4 of an acre and bounded as follows,
to-wit: commencing 50 feet East of the southeast
corner of Lot 12 in Wilson's Enlargement to said
town and running thence east with the south
boundary line of the aforesaid lot 148 1/2 feet;
thence south 74 1/4 feet, thence west 148 1/2
feet, thence north 74 1/4 feet to the place of
beginning, and situated in the northwest quarter
of Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 11 West.
By virtue of survivorship, this affiant is now the sole owner of
said real estate and makes this affidavit for the purpose of
causing said real estate to be transferred to her name alone for
taxation on the official transfer records of Gibson County, Indiana.
