says that JAMES A. STULTZ died July 25, 1977, and the said JAMES
A. STULTZ and this affiant c•�ere, at the time cf his death, husband
and wife, and were the owners as tenants by the entirety of the
following real estate situate in the City of Princeton, Gibson
County, Indiana:
Part of Lot 31 in Forest Park
By virtue of survivorship, this affiant is now the sole owner of
said real estate and makes this affidavit for the purpose of
causing said real estate to be transferred to her name alone for
taxation on the official transfer records of the City of Princeton,
Gibson County, Indiana.
