AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER
OF REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION

Auditor, Gibson County, Indiana
CHRISTINE SHOULDERS, being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that BETHEL K. SHOULDERS died February 15, 1982,
and the said BETHEL K. SHOULDERS and this affiant were, at the time
of his death, husband and wife, and were the owners as tenants-by the
entirety of the following real estate situate in the City of Princeton,
Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the northwest quarter of section 7,
township 2 south, range 10 west, bounded as follows,
to-wit: Begin at a point in the north line of
Emerson Street in the City of Princeton, said
point being 60 feet north and 60 feet east of the
northwest corner of Lot 10 in Devin's Enlarqement
to the town (now city) of Princeton, and run
thence north 210 feet; thence east 88 feet; thence
south 210 feet to the said north line of Emerson
Street; thence west 88 feet to the place of
beginning.
By virtue of survivorship, this affiant is now the sole owner
of said real estate and makes this affidavit for the purpose of causing
said real estate to be transferred to her name alone for taxation on
the official transfer records of the City of Princeton, Gibson County,
Indiana.
