Reserving, however, unto the Grantor 'the building, an abandoned
dwelling, which is currently situated upon part of the aforedescribed
real astate and which shall be treated by the Grantee and Grantor
hereto as personal prop erty, and which part of said building partially
encroaching upon the aforedescribed realt- G:^tantor hereby convenants
�od agrees to remove from the aforedescri�ed realty as consideration
