lOth day of October, 1991, and that as the devisee under the Last
Will and Testament of Emily K. Shrode, she is the fee simple
owner of real estate in Gibson County, Indiana, described as
follows:
The South one-half of Section twenty-seven (27),
Township three (3) south, range fourteen (14) west,
lying and being in Gibson County, State of Indiana.
Also the East one-half of the northeast quarter of
section twenty-seven (27), Township three (3) South,
range fourteen (14) west, lying and being in Gibson
County, State of Indiana.
Also the Southwest Quarter of the northeast quarter of
section twenty-seven (27), Township three (3) South,
Range Fourteen (14) west, lying and being in the County
of Gibson, State of Indiana.
Also the West one-half of the southwest quarter of
section twenty-six (26), township three (3) south,
range fourteen (14) west, lying and being in the County
of Gibson, State of Indiana.
Affiant further says that this Affidavit is made for the
purpose of inducing the Auditor and Treasurer of Gibson County,
Indiana, to transfer on the records the above described real
estate to Jo Ann Crabtree, 730 Walnut Street, Mount Vernon,
Indiana, 47620.
