3ARA i�ARRISON ZEIDLER ("Affiant") being first duly swom upon her oath, deposes and says:
1. The �ant has personal knowledge of all matters contained herein, and the Affiant is in all other
respects competent to testify as to such matters.
2. Affiant states that she prepared a warranty deed for Kent B. Mclntyre, which transferred the fee
simple title to Aaron Friedlund and Lois R. Schmidtt, husband and wife, in the following described real property
("Real Estate") located in Gibson County, Indiana, to wit:
Lot Four (4) in Sunrise Acres, Inc., being a part of Fractional Section Six (6), Township Four (4) South,
Range Ten (10) West, as per recorded Plat in Plat Book 2, page 148, and rerecorded in Plat Book 2,
page ] 49; and Amended Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, page 150 in the office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana.

3. Affiant further states that the name of one of the Grantees in the above noted warranty deed
contained a scrivener's error wherein the name Lois R. Schmitt in said deed was misspelled.

4• . Affiant further states that it was the drafter's and the parties' intentions to convey title to the Real
Estate to Lois R. Schmitt and not Lois R. Schmidtt; and that were it not for said scriveners error, said deed
would have conveyed title to the Real Estate as intended.

Affiant further states that she makes this affidavit to correct said scrivener's errors.
