Comes now rl\'NA JEA\' SE.aL.E, being duly sworn upon her oath and states as follows:
That r�\'NA JE�N SEALE, is the owner in fee simple of the followin� described real estate
located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
Seventeen (17), To��mship Two (2) South, Range \iine (9) �Vest,
bounded as follows: Begin Fourteen (14) rods west of the southeast
corner of said quarter quaRer section and run thence north to ?he
south line of the right-of-way of the Southern Raihvay; thence west
along said right-of-N�ay line to a point one (1) rod east of the east line
of Shoptau�h's Addition to the Town of Francisco; thence south
eighteen (18) rods and three (3) feet, more or less, to a point one (1)
rod east of the southeast corner of Lot Number Four (4) in said
Addition; thence ���est to the southeast corner of Lot \'umber Four
(4); thence south to the south line of said quarter quarter section;
thence east to the place of be�nning, containing three and t��entv one
hundredths (321) acres, more or less.
And that rt\'NA JEr�\ SEALE and HUEY R. SEALE, now deceased, were wife and husband at the
time they acquired title, as tenants by the entireties, to said real estate, by deed of conveyance dated
the 15th day of April, 1964, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson Countv.
That the marital re]ationship which existed between this affiant and HUEY R. SEALE, her
husband, continued unbroken from the time they so acquired title to said real estate until the death

of HUEY R. SEALE, her husband on the 6th day of July, 1993, at which time this affiant acquired
title ro the real estate as surviving tenant by the entireties.
That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, HUEY R. SEAL,E, as determined for the
purpose of Federal Estate Ta�es, was ]ess than the value required for the filing and the decedent's
estate is not subiect to Federal Estate Tax.
