SEALE, her husband, continued unbroken from the time they so acquired title to said real estate until the death � r� u of HUEY R. SEALE, her husband on the 6th day of July, 1993, at which time this affiant acquired title ro the real estate as surviving tenant by the entireties. That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, HUEY R. SEAL,E, as determined for the purpose of Federal Estate Ta�es, was ]ess than the value required for the filing and the decedent's estate is not subiect to Federal Estate Tax.
