RONALD E. MORRISON, being duly sworn and upon his oath states:
He is a Regstered Land Surveyor #50314 in the State of Indiana and he resides at P.O.
Box 546, Princeton, IN 47670.
He surveyed and staked a 66.53 acre tract being sold by the Estate of Robert Walker to
Mr. Jeff Smith and his wife which real estate is described in E�chibit "A" attached hereto..
The Survey was conducted by an examination of the deed records located in the Gibson
County Recorder's Office and a physical survey of the premises including the location of
known monuments and the setting of 5/8 inch irons at appropriate points.
4. The 66.353 acres surveyed for Jeff Smith in Survey #9 and Fractional Section �15,
Townstup 1 South, Range 10 West is all included within the real estate owned by the
Robert Walker Estate and is described in a Deed recorded in Deed Drawer 5, Cazd 696 in
the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
5. The 1 acre tract described in Deed Book 174, Page 377 is not included in the land in the
66.353 acre tract surveyed.
The northeast comer of Survey #9 was the stazting point for the 66.353 acre tract. The
Deed for the 1 acre tract begins in the center of State Road 65 and on the North line of
Survey #9. There is a gap of 4.01 feet between the east comer of the 1 acre tract and the
west line of the 66.353 acre tract. There is a house located on the 1 acre tract. The
location of the 1 acre tract in relation to the 66.353 acre tract is shown on the plat which
is attached hereto and mazked E�ibit "B".
