AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF TITLE TO
REAL ESTATE WAERE NO COURT ADMIIVISTRATION
Dorris Gene Stuckey, being first duly swom, upon his oath deposes and says:
V
1. That he is the husband of Maxine Stuckey, hereinafter called decedent, who died on
April 1�, 1990, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana.
2. That decedent died seized of the following described real estate in Gibson County,
Indiana:
The east half of the northeast quarter of the hortheast quarter of Section 20, Township 3
South, Range 12 West, consisting of 20 acres, more or less.
3. That no will of decedent has ever been probated in any court and decedent died
intestate; that decedent was survived by a spouse and four children; that the decedent's sole and
only heus were affiant, Dorris Gene Stuckey, and her four children, to-wit: Michael B. Stuckey,
Thomas L. Stuckey, Donna J. Cotton, and Judy A. Block.
4. That the above described real estate passed to this affiant and decedenYs four children
on decedenPs death by virtue of the fact that they are her sole and only heirs at law under the
intestate laws of the State of Indiana.
5. That no letters testamentary or of administration upon decedent's estate have been
taken oat in any court and more than 5 months have now elapsed since the date of decedent's
death.
6. That decedent's funeral expenses have been paid in full; that no Indiana inheritance
taxes were owed; that decedent's estate, as computed for federal estate tax purposes, did not
exceed the sum of �600,000.00, and no federal estate tax retum was required to be filed and no
federal estate tax is due or owing by virtue of decedenYs death.
7. Affiant makes this affidavit to show that he and decedent's four children aze now the
owners in fee simple of the above described real estate; and that the same is not subject to
decedent's debts, funeral expenses, costs of administration, and to induce buyer to rely thereon

and to purchase said real estate from them and to pay the purchase price therefor to them. The
above described real estate is vested as follows: Dorris Gene Stuckey (undivided one-hal�,
Michaef B. Stuckey (undivided one eighth), Thomas L. Stuckey (undivided one eighth), Donna
J. Cotton (undivided one eighth), and Judy A. Block (undivided one eighth).
