S�CTION 4: Should anY section, subsection, paragraph or provision of this Ordinance be declared to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof other than the parts so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Town Council of Somerville, Indiana and publication as required by law.
