Yasmin L. Stump, Special Deputy Attorney General, for and on behalf of �
the State of Indiana, cert�es that:
1. The State is the Plaintiff in the case titled State v. Donna L. Lynch,
et al., pending in the Gibson Circuit Court as Cause No. 26C01-0911-PL-0023.
This case is an action in eminent domain whereby the State is appropriating the
real estate described in the attached Exhibit "A" and depicted in the attached
Exhibit "B."
2. On February 26, 2010, the court-appointed appraisers in this case
filed their Report of Appraisers with the Court and reported that the Defendants
are due total just compensation in this case in the amount of Nine Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($9,600.00). The Plaintiff paid Nine Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($9,600.00) to the Clerlc of the Court on April 5, 2010.
3. Pursuant to IC 32-24-1-10, the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana, is required to immediately transfer the real estate described in the
attached Exhibit "A" and depicted in the attached Exhibit "B" to the State of
Indiana on the tax records and rolls of Gibson County, Indiana.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned Special Deputy Attorney General for the
State of Indiana respectfully requests that the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana
immediately transfer the real estate described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the
State of Indiana on the tax records and rolls of Gibson County, Indiana and
submit evidence of that transfer to the undersigned Special Deputy Attorney
