Gibson County, Zndzana on July 17, 2007.

described real esta�e situate in Gibson County, Indiana to-wit:

to the town of Oakland City, Indiana, and run thence west 150 feet;
�hence north 150 feet; thence east 150 feet; �hence south 150 feet to

wi�h a scrip o� ground 6'eet w:de, off che souch side o� Lo� Number
S3; togecher w_�h a strip of ground 10 feet wide off the eas� side of
Lo�s Numbered 35, 38 and 37; togecher with a corner o•_`� Lo� Number 40
running 10 feet north and south by 6 feet easc and west; and a11 of
sa-�d Lots being in said Bock's Addition to the town of Oakiand City.

dated January �, 2007, which Yii�l was admicted to Probate in the Gibson
Circuit Court in Cause No. 26C0�-0807-ES-59 on July 18, 2008.
5. That Dursuant to che decedent'S Last Wi�l and Tescament said
real escace was devised �o �he decedent's son, namely Jimmie V. Johnson.
6. Thac �he deceden��s esta�e did not reau_re the filing of any
Federal or Sndzana inheritance �ax return. No Federal estace cax, and no
Indiana inhericance tax is owirg as a resul� of the death o� the decedent.
7. That �!�e ownership of the real estate described herei, is held
by [he decedeat's son Jimmie V. Johnson.
