Taylor, being first duly sworn, upon her oath says that she is the surviving widow of Melvin C. Taylor, deceased, that said decedent departed this life on the 15th day of June, 1966, a resident of Gibson County, State of Lndiana, and was the owner with affiant as tenants by the entirety of certain real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer records of Patoka Town- ship, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and described as follows: A part of the northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 10 west, described as follows: Beginning at an iron on the west side of concrete pavement 408. 54 feet south of the northeast corner of said quarter section; run thence west 758 feet to an iron; run thence south 330 feet to an iron in A. Dale Eby's north line; thence east 723 feet to an iron which is 26 feet west of the center line of concrete pavement, run thence north 330. 3 feet to an iron; the place of beginning containing 5, 708 acres, more or less, EXCEPT, a part of the northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 2 south, Range 10 west, and more particularly described as follows: Begin at a solid one inch iron on the west edge of the Bituminous pavement, 10 feet west of the center line of the Petersburg Road and 408. 54 feet south of the northeast corner of said quarter section; run thence west and parallel to the north line of said quarter section 275.00 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe; thence south and parallel to the west line of said quarter section 130. 00 feet to an iron; thence w_e__st 264. 60 feet to an iron; thence north 6 degrees and 3 minutes east 130. 25 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0. 8052 acres, more or less, and containing after said exception 4, 8948 acres. � � � . .
