Charlestine N. Tedford, being first duly sworn upon her oath,

situate in the City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lots number 326, 327, 328, 329 and 330 South Side Addition to the
Town, now City, of Princeton, Indiana. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 109 page 433, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Zndiana;

Part of the southeast quarter of section 7, township 2 south, range
10 west, and described as follows: From an iron at the northeast
corner of said quarter section measure west 271.7 feet to another
iron plus an additional 62.5 feet west from the second iron for a point
of beginning; from the beginning po'int run west 2.5 feet along the
north line of said quarter section; thence south 65 feet to the north
line of Broadway Street in the City of Princeton, Indiana, thence
east along said north line 2.5 feet; thence north 65 feet to the place
of beginning. Being the s ame real estate described in Deed Record
No. 125 page 380, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described.
real property was formerly owned by Jesse L. Tedford and Margaret F.
Tedford (sometimes designated as Margaret Huber Tedford), husband
and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Margaret F. Tedford (sometimes referred to as Margaret Huber
Tedford) died on or about February 7, 1947, and that said Jesse L.
Tedford and Margaret E. Tedford, were husband and wife, at the time
of the death of the saici Margaret F.. Tedford.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Margaret F. Tedford
(sometimes referred to as Margaret Huber Tedford), deceased, at the
time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
laws,was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate
Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.

Beginning at the southwest corner of said southeast quarter of said lot,
and running thence east 82 feet; thence north 148'� feet; thence east 10
feet; thence north to the north line of said southeast auarter of said lot;
thence west 92 feet to the northwest corner of said quarter; and thence
south to the place of beginning. Being the same real estate described
in Deed Record No. 161 page 47, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,

which point is two hundred sixty-five (265) feet west of the souLheast
corner of the northeast quarter of Section seven (7), township two (2)
south, range ten (10) west, and from said point thus found for a beginning,
run thence west one hundred fourteen (114) feet; thence north two hundred
thirty-two (232) feet to the south line of State Street; thence east along

line of said Tract of land above referred to 68.25 feet to the southeast

Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Jesse L. Tedford and Charlestine N.
Tedford, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.

that said Jesse L. Tedford died testate, on or about August 12, 1968,
and that said Jesse L. Tedford and Charlestine N. Tedford, were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Jesse L. Tedford.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Jesse L. Tedford, deceased, at
the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
