AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTI q�DITOR
George Tichenor being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than seventy (70) years of age, a resi-
dent of'Gibson County, Indiana, and that he is retired.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, toiait: (Patoka Twp,)
The northwest part of the northwest quarter of Section 22, township
2 south, range 11 west, bounded as follows: Beginning at the north-
west corner of said quarter section and run thence south 29 chains to
a casting; thence east 50 chains to the middle of Marsh Creek; thence
down said creek with the meanderings thereof to the north line of
said quarter section; thence west 51 chains and 33 links to the
beginning, excepting therefrom the Old Marsh Creek Saw-Mill Lot
and contain'ing in said description proper, 40 acres, more or less.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 125, Page 226,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by George Tichenor and Minerva
Tichenor, nusband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Minerva Tichenor died testate on or about August 3,
1975, and that said George Tichenor and Minerva Tichenor were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Minerva Tichenor.
Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal
Estates Tax; but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance
Tax see Probate Dkt. No. PR 75-117, Office of the Clerk of the
Gibson Circuit Court.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
