AFFIDAVZT AS TO TENANCY BY E IRETY
Norma E. Tichenor being first duly sworn 'upon her oath,
deposes and says: .
That she is more than sixty (60) years of aqe, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that
of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of Lot Number One Hundred Seven (107) in the Original Plan
of the town (now City) of Princeton described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot, and running thence
west along the south line thereof S6 feet; thence north on a line
parallel with the east line of said lot, 74 feet and 3 inches;
thence east parallel with the south line of said lot 86 feet to
the east line of said lot; thence south to the place of beginning.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 162, page
179, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Lewis Tichenor and Norma E.
Tichenor, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows bf her own knowledge
that the said Lewis Tichenor died testate, on or about January 11,
1975, and that said Lewis Tichenor and Norma E. Tichenor were hus-
band and wife, at the time of the death of the said Lewis Tichenor.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Lewis Tichenor at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent will not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
