William J, Marshall, being first duly sworn, says that he was
personally acauainted with iJilliam H. Tisdal during his lifetime
and that he knows of his own knowledge that the said William H.
Tisdal died on February 7, 1960 leaving his widow, Laufa Af. Tisdal,
and his sons, Charles Edward Tisdal and Eldon Llovd Tisdal, as his
only heirs; that this affiant also Dersonally knew Lau£a M. Tisdal
and knows of his own knowledge that Laufa M. Tisdal did�not remarry
and died on July 21, 1967 leaving her sons, Charles Edward Tisdal
and E1don Lloyd Tisdal, as her only heirs.
And further affiant sayeth not.
