Comes now the Petitioner in person and comes also the Respondent in person for hearing
on the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein on �Ri� 1�� 2 oe� Md the
Respondent having been served with Summons and this cause having been filed for more than
sixty (60) days, the same now comes on for hearing and judgment,.
And the Court having heard the evidence and being duly advised in the premises now
finds as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and over the
persons involved in this litigation.
2. That the parties meet the residency requirements for this action.
3. That there has been an irretrievable breakdo�vn of the marriage of the partie reto
and the said marriage should be dissolved. �
4. That the Wife is not now pregnant.
