DIVISION OF PROPERTY AGREEi�iENT
Come now the Petitioner; Tracy D. �Villis, and her counsel, Joseph L. Verkamp, and
the Responilent, Rich �Villis, �vithout counsel, and advise the Court that they have reached an
agreement with regard to division of property, which aereement is as follows:
1. Residencc and Real Estate. The Respondent shall become the sole and separate
o«mer of the marital residence and 16 acres of real estate, and he shall pay and hold the Petitioner
harmless on the first mortgage on the real estate in the approximate sum of $74,�00.00 and the
home equity loan in the approximate sum of S 10,000.00. Petitioner shall execute a Quit Claim
Deed conveying her interest in the real estate to the Respondent; and Respondent shall refinance
the first mortgage and home equity loan to remo��e Petitioner's name within sixty (60) days from
the date of this agreemeni.
2. Automobiles. Petitioner shall become the sole and separate owner of the 2003 Dodge
\ieon and the 1991 Plymouth Sundance automobiles. Respondent shall become the sole and
separate owner of the 2003 Pontiac Grand Pris and the 1993 Ford F-250 pickup, and he shall
pay and hold Petitioner harmless on the debt owing on the 2003 Pontiac automobile.
3. Four �Yheelers. Petitioner shall become the sole and separate owner of the Kawasaki
four wheeler, and Respondent shall become the sole and separate o�vner of the Polaris 400 four
wheeler.

4. Tracrors. Respondent shall become the sole and separate o��mer of the 2005 John
Deere 3520 tractor, and he shall pay and hold Petitioner harmless on the debt owing on said
tractor. Respondent shall also become the sole owner of the GT 23� John Deere lawn tractor.
�. Retirement Account. Petitioner shall receive the entire amount in Respondent's
Individual Retirement rUuiuity account number 009062S�ZA that had a balance on March 31,
2006 in the amount of S13;797.07. A Qualified Domestic Relations Order shall be issued to
Jackson National Life directing it to transfer said account to Petitioner.
6. ilouschold. The Petitioner shall become the sole and separate owner of the following
items of personal property:
a. Couch and t�vo (2) recliners
b. Queen si2e bed
c. Computer
d. Encl tables and coffee table
c. Kitchen table
The Respondent shall become the sole and separate o�vner of the following items of
personal property:
a. Bedroom suite
b. Desk
c. Annoire
d. Nasher and dryer
e. Refrigerator
f. Stovc
7. Offset Pa��ment. In order to equalize division of property, Respondent shall pay the
sum ofTwenty-five Thousand Dollars (�2�,000.00) to Petitioner within thirty (30) days from the
date of this agreement.
S. Full Disclosure. The parties represent and warrant that each has made a full and
complete disclosure of all marital assets and debts.
9. i�7iscellaneous. The parties shall execute any and all documents necessary to effect
the transfer oFproperty as set forth herein.
] 0. Court Appro�•al. This agreement shall be submitted to the Pike Circuit Court for
approval and upon such approval shall become the order of
