BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section
Fourteen (14), Township Two (2) South, Range Eleven (11) West, Patoka Township,
Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 3/4 inch harrow tooth found 12 inches below grade marking the
Southwest Corner of said quarter quarter section; thence along the west line of said
quarter quarter section North 00 degrees 06 minutes 49 seconds East one hundred
sixty-three and ninety-nine hundredths (163.99) feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin with cap
inscribed "Fred Kuester IN RLS 50137" [hereinafter referred to as an iron pin] set
marking the initial point of beginning of the following described real estate; thence
continue along said west line North 00 degrees 06 minutes 49 seconds East four hundred
four and eighty hundredths (404.80) feet to an iron pin found; thence South 88 degrees
