In accordance with the Indiana Survey Standards as defined in
Indiana 'administrative code 865, this document is created in
order to report opinions and observations regarding the amount
of uncertainty in the location of lines and corners found or
established this survey because of the following: 1) availab�lity
and condition of reference monuments, 2) occupation or possession
lines, 3) clarity or ambiguity of the record description used
and/or adjoiner's descriptions, 4) i;he theoretical uncertain:y
of the measurements. �
- This survey was requested to assist in creating a new tax
parcel.
- The deed record of the parent tract is Document H04-1306,
John D. Thompson, JR. Custodian of John pustin Thompson under
the Indiana uniform transfers to minor a'ct, and P1ary Megan
Thompson.
REFERENCE h10NUMENTS:
- See survey Document ii99-261 in the Gibson County Recorders
Office.
LINE OF POSSESSION:
- The west line of the surveyed tract falls within the Count�
Road 850 West right of way.
- The north line of the surveyed tract which is (225.00) fee;:
long is the south line of Document #97-1537 and the approximate
line of possession.
- The (45.16) foot line fall along the east line of Document
97-1537 and is the approximate line of possession.
- All other lines are new lines and previously have not been
lines of possession. ,
RECORD DESCRIPTIONS: •
- The deed record of the parent tract Document N04-1306 and
the deed record of the adjoining parcel to the northwest Document
N97-1537 are meets and bounds descriptions.
- The adjoining parcel Deed Drawer 5, Card 2347 located to the
west is limited to Section (10).
CORNER SIIMMARY OF THE SURVEYED TRACT•
- The southwest corner of the surveyed tract is set on the west
line of the northvest quarter of Section (11) and at a locat:on
desired by the client.
- The corner located (45.16) fee[ north of the southeast corner
of Document (197-1537 aas established on the east line of sail
Document and at a location desired by the client.
- All other corners were set within the bounds of the parent
tract and at a location desired by the client.
THEORETICAL UNCERTAINTY:
- This survey is within the requirements for a Class "C" sur•�ey
(0.50 feet theore[ical uncertainty) for the measurements to
locate the position of the lines and corners established on �
this survey.
