REFERENCE h10NUMENTS: - See survey Document ii99-261 in the Gibson County Recorders Office. LINE OF POSSESSION: - The west line of the surveyed tract falls within the Count� Road 850 West right of way. - The north line of the surveyed tract which is (225.00) fee;: long is the south line of Document #97-1537 and the approximate line of possession. - The (45.16) foot line fall along the east line of Document 97-1537 and is the approximate line of possession. - All other lines are new lines and previously have not been lines of possession. , RECORD DESCRIPTIONS: • - The deed record of the parent tract Document N04-1306 and the deed record of the adjoining parcel to the northwest Document N97-1537 are meets and bounds descriptions. - The adjoining parcel Deed Drawer 5, Card 2347 located to the west is limited to Section (10).
