RFFFRFz1rC'E MONUAIEA'TS The sou[hwest comer of sec[ion hvo is stated ro be a 1 I/4" iron pipe as per the comer reference book in the Gibson Counn� sun�eyors office. This monument ��•as found and is used on ihis survey. Also, this corner has been used and is shown to mark the section corner as per recorded surveys and deed records. The southeast corner of the west half of section hvo is a found monument used on this survey. The location of ��•hich is verified as per Oakridee Estates Subdivision (plat cabinet A-144). Also, the location of this corner is documented as per deed records and recorded surveys. The southwest corner of the east half of the west half of said section ht�o is established on this survey at the bisected point of the line connecting the south�aest and sou[heast corners of the wes[ half of said sec[ion t�vo. This location coincides ��•ith alignment from old fence line to the north and ro the south. "I'his corner is referenced on this sun•ey to the grave marker of Mark E. Chaffin. The southeast corner of this gravestone is 8" northwest of the iron pin set on this survey. ! /N@S OF PO�ION' The south line of the subject vact is mosdy along an old road bed and is the approximate possession line. The west line of the subject vact is mosdy along the toe of slope of the fill area for a parking area and is a new property line. The northeast line of the subject vact is the south 35 foot right-of-way line for Hwy �68. RF�'fJ D S ' IPTIOA'S The deed record of the subject trac[ is described in the form of a metes and bounds description. The sou[h right-of-���ay line of State Road #68 is s[a[ed to be [he property line as per the deed record of [he paren[ [rac[ and the adjoining parcel to the north. Therefore, [here are no discrepancies of record along this said line. The half half section line is stated to be the south line of the parent tract and inferred to be the north line of the adjoining parcel to the south. Therefore, there are no discrepancies of record alona said line. The State of Indiana had apparently obtained a rieht-of-way grant for a park named The Byron E. Watson Road Side Park #9. This said park is described in metes and bounds and is similar ro the location of the parcel estabtished on this survey. This said park is said ro re�-ert back to the Trustees of the Church if the park is abandoned. It is assumed on this sun�ey that the park has been abandoned due to the fact of a recen[ deed describin� the land in the name of Tabor Cemetery Associa[ion, Inc. (Doc.#96-»71).
