hereby given tc( CARL ELLIOTT and SHARON ELLIOTT, and to the survivor

of them, o` Hazleton, Gibson County Indiana.
THRE�: I hereby appoint my husband, JOHN STONE, JR., Executor
of this Wi11 and reauest that no bond be required of him in that
capacity. If he does not so act, I appoint SFiAltOi� ELLIOTT, Executrix
of this �9i11 and request that no bond be required of her in that
capacity. I empoc✓er either of sa�id oersons or any successors in that
capacity to sell, lease, or mortgagc an'y property, real or personal,
publicly or privately, without an order of the Court and without
notice to anyone, upon such terms and conditions as shall seem best
to said Personal Representativc and without liability on the part
of any purchaser, tenant, or mortgagee to see to the application oi'
the consideration.

. ^ Comes now JOAN STONE, the Testatrix and Loren G. McGregor and
:Jean McGregor, the subscribing witnesses herein, who hereby declare
under the penalties of perjury that we have signed and executed the
'�foregoing instrument designated as the Last Will and Testament of
JOAN STONE.
(1) That the Testatrix e�ecuted the instrument as the Testatrix's
tdi11;
(2) That; in the presence of both witnesses, the Testatrix signed
and acknowledged her signature;
(3) That the Testatrix executed the Will as a free and voluntary
act for the purposes expressed in it;
(9) That each of the witnesses, in the presence of the Testatix
and of each other, signed the Will as witnesses;
(5) That the Testatrix was of sound mind when the Will was
executed;
(6) That to the best knowledge of each of the witnesses the
