A southwest part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 12, towmship
2 south, range 9 west in Columbia Township, Gibson County, Indiana and further described as
follows:
Begin at an iron found buried in the south line of the southeast quarter of the north«�est
quarter of section 12, township 2 south, range 9 west and being 643.14 feet west of the southeast
corner thereof, thence measure north 90 degrees 00 minute 00 second west, along the south line
of said quarter, quarter section, a distance of 141.82 feet to a P.K.Nail set flush; thence measure
north 0 degree O1 minute 09 seconds west, a distance of 338.60 feet to a capped 5/8" iron set
flush (labeled R.Morrison 50314); thence measure south 89 degrees 47 minutes 42 seconds east,
a distance of 148.00 feet to a capped 5/8 inch iron set flush (labeled R.Morrison 50314); thence
measure south 1 degree O1 minute 48 seconds west, a distance of 338.41 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 1.127 acres, but subject to the north part of a county road right-of-way
off the south side thereof.

abstract, survey notes and a survey of the area was made by myself and competent helpers under
my direction. This survey complies with Title 865 of the State Board of Registration for
