Part of Sec.13,T-3-S,R-12-VN, Montgomery Township, Gibson County, Indiana. Cfient: Tim Tichenor Pile: 2005-07-tichenor.rep - This survey was requested to mazk the comers of the subject cract and determine acreage. - The deed record of the subject tract is Document #94-4305. RFFERFN A�ON /AAFArTC The northwest comer of the south half of the north�vest quarter of section 13 is a found monument. The stone is documented per deed record (Doc.#91-5525) and per a survey by [his surveyor dated 12/28/1993. Furthermore, a stone mazking this comer is documented in February, 1874 per a survey by A.H. Polk on file in the county surveyors office in book 2, page 139. The found monument is used and accepted on this survey. The southwest comer of the northwest quarter of secuon 13 is a found monument. The origin of which is dated 12/28/1993 as per a survey by Fred Kuester (recorded as Document #95-2294). The found monUment is used and accepted on this survey. It is noted a vaziancc of +/-15 feet according to old fence lines east of the said quarter section comer. The southeast and northeast comers of the north�vest quarter of said section are found monuments. Both of which aze buried under the state road pavement. Thcse monumenu have bee❑ used previously by this surveyor and aze accepted on this survey. The northeast comcr of the south half of the norchwest quarter of said section 13 is a found monutnent. Said monument is in line with a large trcc line proceeding casterly. Thc found monume�t is used and accepted on this survey. The vaziance in �vhich according to the calculated midpoin[ of the line connecting the northeast and southeast corners of the northwest quaRer of said section is 3.51' north/soudi and 0.24' east/west. I.LNFSOFPOS � ION• The south line of the subject tract is within the county road right-of-�aay. The ���est linc of the subject tract is along [he railroad right-of-way line. Along the norch line of the subject tract, an old wue fence is +/- 2.6 feet south of the surveyed line. At the east line of the subject tract, the line is mostly within a wooded area and the possession line is not appazent. RF,CO D RIPTIONC The description in the pazent tract is described in metes and bounds. Adjoining pazcels aze described similazly and there appeaz to be no gaps or overlaps in record descriptions on this survey. �'O �' R Mh ARY OF THF SUB / T T Q T The northeast comer of the subject tract is establishcd on the half quarter section line and using the record distance of 12.75 chains east of the northwest corner thereof.
