AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE
Tricia Saoders, being duly swom upon oath, says that Hazold E. Sanders, Jr. died intestate
on the 1 st day of November, 2001, and that said decedent was on the day of his death the owner of
the follo�ving described real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-�vit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the I�'orthwest Quarter of Section 28, Township
3 South, Range 9 VI'est, and more particularly described as follows:
Begin at a�/8 inch iron which may be located by measuring South from the
Northeast corner of the NoRhwest Quarter a distance of 509.90 feet and measuring
Soutfivesterly on a 2'/Z degree curve left a distance of 266 feet to a 5/8 inch iron
found; and from said point of beginning, run thence North 10 degrees and 15 minutes
�1'est, a distance of 247.6 feet to a 5/8 inch iron set; thence North 18 de�rees West,
more or less, a distance of 330 feet to a 5/8 inch from set in an old fence mazking the
section line; thence West a distance of 130 feet thence South and parallel to the East
line of said quarter quarter section; a distance of 271.0 feet; thence South 21 degrees
East, a distance of 342 feet to an iron located in the center of the Old State Blacktop
Higfivay; thence in a I�'ortheasterly direction on a 2%a degrees cun�e right; a distance
of 150 feet to a�/8 inch iron at the point of beginning and containing 2.42 acres, but
subject to ihe I�'orth half of a county road right of way off the South side of the above
described trac[.

That said real estate passed to the decedent's children, Tricia Sanders, D'Iark A. Sa�ders
and �Iichelle Bippus by virtue of the laws of the State of Indiana, and as such are entitled to an
undivided one-third (1/3) interest each in said estate.
