HEIRSHIP OF DAWN M. SNEED
JAMES DAVZD SNEED, being first duly sworn
deposes and says:

1. That this Affiant is the surviving spouse of Dawn M.
Sneed who died on August 11, 2006, in the County of Gibson, State
of Indiana.
2. That at the time of her death she owned the following
described real estate more particularly described as follows:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 2 South,
Range 10 west, as more particularly described as follows: Begin at
a point 1025.86 feet west and 902.2 feet north of the Southeast
corner of said quarter section, (said point being 110 feet south,
88.75 degrees east of the intersection of the north line of Baldwin
Heights produced eastward, with the east line thereof produced
northward; and from said point of beginning run thence south 200
feet; thence south 200 feet; thence south 88.75 degrees east 70
feet; thence North 200 feet; thence North 88.75 degrees west, 70
feet to the place of beginning.
Commonly known as 217 W. Makemson Avenue, Princeton, Indiana.
3. That at the time of her death she left surviving as her
sole and only heirs at law the following:

4. That there are no Indiana Inheritance Taxes or Federal
Estate Taxes due and owing.
5. That the above stated real estate should be transferred

Last Will and Testament of the decedent dated June 30, 1991.
