AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
ANGIE A. EP�ERSON, being first duly sworn upon oath, desposes
and says that she is the daughter of E. NYE VAUGHN, who died on January
16, 1972; further, that this affiant and E. NYE VAUGHN o�ere the owners
as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in
common of the following-described real estate situate in the City of
Princeton, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Number 48 in the South Side Addition to the City
of Princeton.
And furt?ier, that she makes this affidavit for the purpose of inducing
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer said real estate �o
her name, alone, on the real estate taxation records maintained in his
office.
