Aff - Ward, Vaughn_8/2/1968, . _ � �. :. AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE UPON TAX DUPLICATE STATE OF INDIANA, COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS: To ROY E. OWENS, Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana: VAUGHN V��ARD, being duly sworn upon oath, says that Thelma M. ��Tard departed this life intestate, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, on September 26, 1967; and that on said date this affiant, Vaughn 4Vard,and Thelma M. Ward , husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, were the owners of the following described real estate, situate in Gibson County, in the State o£ Indiana, to-wit: Part of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 2 south, Range 10 west, bounded as follows: Begin 190 feet east of a point 680 feet north of the southwest corner of said quarter sec- tion and run thence east 160 feet; thence north 80 feet; thence west 160 feet; thence south 80 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0. 29 of an acre, more or less; ALSO, the free use for the purpose of ingress and egress to the above described tract of land of the following roadways: one 35 feet in width eactending from the south line of said quarter section 330 feet and adjacent to the west line thereof; AISO 30 feet in width the center line of which is described as follows: Begin at a point 345 feet north of the south�vest corner of said quarter section and run thence east 365 feet; thence north 495 feet; SUBJECT to an easement for public utilities 12 feet in width, adjacent and along the�west side of the above described tract. That title in and to said real estate passed upon the death of Thelma M. 4t7ard to this affiant as the surviving widower and tenant by the entirety, and this affidavit is executed to secure the transfer of said property upon the Transfer Record of Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
