The undersigned, Jewe11 Lasater, R.R. #l, Princeton,
Gibson County, Indiana, being first duly scaorn on oath deposes
and says:
1. That she is more than thirty five (35) years of
age and is a niece of Ruth SdiLhite, coho died testate, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on August 13, 1965, and
whose last �ai11 and testament and petition to determine Indiana
Inheritance Tax on decedent`s estate is now of record in Estate
Dkt. No. PR 65 - 108, Office of the Clerk Gibson Circuit Court.
2. That the said Ruth �dilhite, as of the date of her denise,
owned as one of the joint tenants an undivided one-third (1/3rd)
part in value of the following described real estate, situate
in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, to�oit:
The West half of the Southeast quarter of section tcoenty-
eight (28), Town Ttoo (2) South, Range ten (10) West, excepting
aLways the foLlowing part thereof, to�ait: Commencing at the South-
east corner of said half quarter section and run thence north ten
(10) rods; thence West sixteen (16) rods; thence South ten (LO)
rods; thence East sixteen (16) rods to the beginning, a11 in Gibson
County, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 87 page 367, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;
ALSO, The North one half (1/2) of the east one half <1/2) of the
east one half (1/2) of the southwest quarter of Section twenty-
eight (28), Township two (2) south, Range ten C10) west, con-
taining 20 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate des-
cribed in Deed Record No. 111 oage 364, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana.
ALSO, A part of the Southcaest FUarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section Ttuenty Eight (28), Township Tcuo (2) South, Range Ten
(LO) West, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the Southeast
corner of said Southwest Quarter, Southeast Quarter of said Sec-
tion, Township and range running thence North Ten (10) rods;
thence West Sixteen (16) Rods; thence South Ten <_10) rods; thence
East Sixteen C16) rods; to the place of beginning and containing
one acre more or 1ess. Being the same real estate described in
Deed Record No. 90 page 184, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana, and Being the same reai estate described in
Deed Record No. 166 page 295, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana.
3. That this affidavit is made to establish the date and
place of death of the said Ruth Wilhite in order to obtain a
transfer, Office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, on
the tax duoLicates of Patoka Township of said real estate from

the na�e of "Jesse C. WiLhite, Rosa Mae Wiihite and Ruth
idilhite" - to - Jesse C. Wilhite and Rosa Mae !dilhite, as
the surviving joint owners under the deed hereinabove
referred to.
