AFFIDAVIT
The imdersigned, John R. Wilkerson, residing at
No. 103 E. Park Street, Fort Branch, Indiana, being first
duLy sworn on oath deposes and says:
L. That he is more than thirty �(38�' years of
age and is one of the sons and one of the heirs-at-law of
Da11as Wilkerson who died intestate and a widower on
October 7, 1963,!
2. That said decedent died the owner of the following
described real estate located in the Town of Fort Branch,
Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of theWest Half (WZ) of the
Southwest Quarter (SWa) of Section 18,
Township 3 South, Range LO West, con-
taining .25 of an acre, more or Less.
Being the same real e state as described
in Deed Record No. 117 page 520, Office
of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
3. That said decedent left as his sole and onLy heirs-
at-law the following designated sons and daughters, towit:
John R. Wilkerson Cadult-son); Margaret Ann WiLkerson (adult-
daughter); -Pauline Champion (adult-daughter); Da11as,Eugene
Wilkerson (adult-son); Donald Edward Wilkerson (adult=son);

Luella Ruth Tomey (adn��-�aughter); and, Dennis Richard Wilkerson,
(a�n��rson). ,
4. That all the debts and liabilities of the decedent
and of his estate have been paid; that the Indiana Inheritance
Tax liability on decedent's estate was determined in the Gibson
Circuit Court in Estate Dkt. No. PR 65 -�, Office of the
C1erk of said Court and said estate found not liable for an
Indiana Inheritance Tax.
5. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of
establishing the date and place of death of said decedent
and his heirship in order to effect a transfer on the Fort
Branch Transfer Book Office of the Auditor of Gibaon County, ��
