Rausabel F. 4lilliams, first being duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
'ihat she is the o�•rner in fee simple of the following described
real estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, described
as follows, .to-rrit :
Tt2ACT 1: The north half of lot number twenty-nine (29) and
£orty 40) ieet off the south side lot number ti��enty-eight (28)
both in Shoptaugh's Addition to the town of Francisco, Gibson
County, Indiana, except always all coal underlying the above
described real estate.
TRqCT 2: A part of I,ot 28 in Shoptaggh's Addption to thee�otian
of Francisco bounded as folloe�s: Be in at a oint 11�
south of the northwest corner of said lot and run thence south
8 feet; thence east 125 feet; thence north 8 feet; thence i•�est
125 feet to the point of beginning.
TRACT 3:,..The undivided t�vo-thirds interest in and to thirty
acres off the north end of the southeast quarter of Lhe north-
east quarter of section 5, tovmship 2 south, range 9 orest. The

and that she and her now deceased sister, Bessie F. Farner, acquireil
title as joint tenants �rith the right of survivorship to said real
estate b� deed of conveyance dated the 6+� day of July, 1965, and
recorded at the office of the Recorder o� Gibson County on the 8�
day o£ July, 1965� deed record no. 16%, page 26, instrument no.
4160; that the decedent, Bessie F. Farmer, y�as never m�I'Z'ied a?1@
never had any children during`her�lifetime; that she died on the
19� day of September, 1955, at which time this affiant acquired

title to said real estate as surviving joint"owner. 'That said
Bessie F. Faraer, died in Gibson Cotinty, Indiana, and that tnere
- has r_ever been any-administration.of her estate.__ _ __ __
That the gross value of the estate of said Bessie �. Farmer,
decedent, taking into consideration in the evaluation of sa�e the
value o£ all`her gifts in contenplation of death, including all
gi£ts made by her in the three years last preceding her death,
together ti�rith all the value of ai1 her assets as her investnents in

joint properties, including the real estate above described, plus
the proceeds of all insurance on her iife, did not exceed the sum
of �#60,000.00, as a consequence of orhich her estate vras not subject
to Federal Estate Tax; further, that an inheritaace tax schedule
i•�as filed in Gibson County and all inheritance tax due on the
above described real estate has been paid.
Af£iant further says that she vras an unmarried �•ridovr at the

that her marital.status has renained unchanged to the present
