Verner Williams, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and
says:
That he is the son, and one of the heirs of, Ida Pearl Williams,
deceased, who died on or about the 22nd day of February, 1961,
the owner of the following described real estate in Gibson County,
Indiana, fo-wit: " - — - —
The West half of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 12 West,
containing in said entire tract 10 acres, more or less.
The West 10.72 acres of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 3 Sduth, Range 12 West;
The West ;10:84 acres of the South half of the Southwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 12 West;
The North half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 32, Township 3 South, Range 12 West, as shown by Government
survey to contain 20 acres, more or less;
The South half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 32, Township 3 South, Range 12 West, containing 20 acres,
more or less;
The East half of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 12 West,
containing 10 acres.
That said decedent died intestate, and by virtues of the laws of
the State of Indiana, title to said real estate'is now vested in the
following individuals, to-wit:Verner Williams, son; Rollin A. Williams,
Jr., grandson; Donald R. Williams, grandson.
Wherefore affiant makes this affidavit to e�ithorize and request that
the Auditer of Gibson County, Indiana, so change the records of said
county that the above real estate may appear of record for purposes
of taxation in the names of the above owners.
