AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
John M. Wilm being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is - Retired.
- 'Fhat he is farmiliar with the following described real
estate, located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Part of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section One (1),
Township four (4) south, Range eleven (11) west, described as follows:
Begin at a point in the east line thereof five and nine-tenths (5.9)
feet south of the northeast corner thereof and run thence south
145.1 feet; thence west 217 4/5 feet; thence north 145.1 feet; thence
east 217 4/5 feet to the place of beginninq, containing .72 of an acre.
ALSO, a part of the east half of the northeast quarter of said section
One (1), township and range aforesaid, described as follows: Begin at
a point in the eastline of said northeast quarter 151 feet south of
the northeast corner thereof, and run thence south thirty seven (37)
feet; thence west 217 4/S feet; thence north thirty seven (37) feet
thence east 217 4/5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 185/1000
of an acre, more or less;
ALSO, a part of the east half_of the northeast quarter of said Section
One (1), township and range aforesaid, and bounded as follows: Begin
at a point one hundred eighty eight (188) feet south of the northeast
corner of said Section One (1), and run thence west 217 4/5 feet;thence
south one hundred (100) feet; thence east 217 4/S feet;• thence north
one hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning, containing one half
acre, except oart of the east half of the northeast quarter of said
Section one (1), township and range aforesaid, and described as follaws:
Begin at a point in the east line of said northeast quarter 251 feet
south of the northeast corner thereof, and run thence south thirty seven
(37) feet; thence west 217 4/5 feet; thence north thirty seven (37)
feet; thence east 217 4/5 feet to the place of beginning, containing
185/1000 of an acre, more or less.
Subject to a right-of-way grant to the State of Indiana, containing
.27 of an acre; recorded in Deed Record 113, page 502.
SUBJECT HOWEVER, to certain exceptions arising from the sales and
conveyance of a part of the above described real estate completed
between January 11, 1945 and October 8, 1968.
Being a part of the satue real estate described in Deed Record No.
121, page S, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Frank J. Wilm and Matilda Wilm,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Frank J. Wilm died on or about October 8, 1968, and that
the said Frank J. Wilm and Matilda wilm, were husband and wife, at
the time of the death of the said Frank J. Wilm.

Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of Frank J. Wilm, at the time of his
death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws,was less
than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
