That she is familiar with the foLLowing described real property .Located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: The northeast quarter of Section thirty-three (33), township three (3) south, range ten (10) west, containing one hundred sixty (160) acres, more or 1ess; The northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section thirty-three (33), township three (3) south, range ten (10) west, excepting one- half (?) acre off of and along the east side thereof; ALSO, a oart of the north side of the southeast quarter of the south- east quarter of Section thirty-three (33), township and range aforesaid bounded as follows: Beginning one rod west of the northeast corner of said quarter quarter section and running thence west 49 rods; thence south 26 feet and 11 inches; thence east 49 rods; thence north 26 feet and 11 inches to the place of beginning; Both of said Latter two tracts containing forty C40) acres, more or 1ess, and containing in all the above described real estate two hundred (200) acres, more or 1ess, subject to a11 legal highways; and that she knows of her own knowtedge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Florian Wilzbacher and Leoma Wilzbacher, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge'that said FLorian [dilzbacher died on or about February 15, 1967, and that said Florian Wilzbacher and Leoma Wilzbacher were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Florian 47ilzbacher.
