being first duly sworn
on oath deposes and says:
That she is more than twenty-five (25) years of age and the
daughter of Edward J. Wirtz, deceased, who died testate, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, on October 31, 1965.
That the above named Edward J. Wirtz, as of the date of his
demise was the owner of an undivided One-third C1/3rd) part in
value of the following described real estate situate in Center
Township,�Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
The East Half (E 1/2) of the Southeast
Quarter (SEa) - of Section 30, Township
1 South, Range 9 West, containing 80
acres, more or less;
That said decedent at the date of his demise was likewise the
owner of an Undivided One-third (1/3rd) part thereof in value of the
following described real estate situate in Washington Township, Gibson
County, Indiana, towit:
Part of the North�aest quarter (NW'—,) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW'—,) of Section 29, Township
�1 South, Range 9 West - 20.08 acres;
Part of the Northwest quarter (NW;) of Sec-
tion 29, Township 1 South, Range 9 West, 3 acres;
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE;) of the
Northeast Quarter (NW;) of Section 30, Township
1 South, Range 9 West - 36.00 acres.
That each parcel of rml. estate as hereinabove designated and
described was carried on the.respective Transfer Book in the Office
of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, as follows:
"Wirtz, Otilla - Life Estate"
This aSiant says that she is a grand daughter of the aforesaid
Otilda �dirtz whose name is correctly spelled Ottilia Wirtz, who was
the surviving widow of John A. Wirtz (deceased). The said Ottilia
Wirtz died intestate a resident of Marion County, Indiana, on the
day of January, 1947 and that the title to the real estate
as hereinabove designated and described had under the last will of the
aforesaid John A. Wirtz (deceased) vested, su6ject to the life estate

of the aforesaid Ottilia Wirtz, deceased, in Mayme L. Holland,
daughter, Louise Wirtz Einhorn (grand daughter) and sole heir=at-law
of John Wirtz, a predeceased son of the aforesaid John A. Wirtz
(deceased) and the above named Edward J. Wirtz, who died testate,
• a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on or about October 31, 1965;
and that Otilda C. Wirtz, as the surviving widow of the said Edward J.
Wirtz is the_sole beneficiary designated as his last will and test-
ament; and that the real estate and each separate parcel thereof as
hereinabove designated is now vested, an undivided one-third (1/3rd)
part thereof in value in the aforesaid Mayme L. Holland; an un-
divided one-third (1/3rd) part thereof in the aforesaid Louise W.
Einhorn, granddaughter of the aforesaid John A. Wirtz (deceased),
and sole heir-at-law of John Wirtz, deceased; and, the remaining
one-third C1/3rd) part thereof in value to Otilda C. Wirtz, as
the surviving widow and sole beneficiary under the last will and
testament of Edward J. Wirtz, deceased.
That this affidavit is made for the purpose of establishing
the heirship of each of the above'designated decedents and for the
further purpose of showing the current ownership thereof, all in
order that a proper tax duplicate may be set up in the Office of
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, and for no other purpose.
Further this affiant saqeth not.
