AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND HEIRSHIP
Harvey M. Witherspoon, Outer East Ohio Street,
The undersigned , ���q�c�C�c�cx�a�e�jc,
Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, being first duly s*.aorn on oath
deposes and says:
That Oscar Iaitherspoon, died intestate, a resident of Gibson
County, Indiana, on October 31, 1949 and that decedent's estate was
administered upon - Estate Dkt. No. 1327 - Office of the Clerk of
the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County, Indiana.
That said decedent at the date of his demise oc•7ned the folloc��ing
parcel of real estate in Patoka Townshio, Gibson County, State of
Indiana, to-wit:

1ess. See Deed Record No. 111 Page 137 and
Deed Record No.-122 nage 381 - Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana:
That said decedent, Oscar I•7itherspoon, at the date of his demise
owned the follo�aing separate oarcels of real estate in L?hite River
Toc,mship, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-coit:
(1) Part Location No. 187 - Tc•�p (1) South,
Range (10) ?•lest, 29 acres, more or Less.
(2) Pt. South East (4) Section (25) 'Itao. (1)
South, Range C11) ?•*est, 124.25 acres, more
or less.
(3) Pt. Practional Section - Section (30) -
'Itap. C1) South, Range (10) �dest - 7.14 acres,
more or less.
(4) Pt. EZ SW4 - Section (25) Trop. (1) South,
Range (11) ?•?est, 4 acres, more or less.
That said decedent left as his sole and only heirs-at-law
the following: Sue ?Jithers000n (widow) caho died intestate, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, on March 18, 1962 and that the estate of
said last named decedent was administered in the Gibson Circuit
Court under Estate Dkt. No. P.R. 62 - 36. That in addition thereto,
the above designated Oscar Witherspoon left as hig additional heirs-
at-1a�a his adult son, Harvey M. ?•iitherspoon, residing at Outer East
Ohio Street, Princeton, Indiana, and his adult daughter (this affiant)

Indiana.
This affidavit is made for the puroose of obtaining a transfer
of said real estate from the name of Oscar Witherspoon to Sue
Witherspoon, et al on the transfer books of the Office of the
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
