AFFIDAVIT ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF LIFE ESTATE.
Pauline F. Jost, being first duly sworn, upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That_she is more than thirty (30)-years-of age, is a resident —
of No. 638 E. Florida Street, Evansville, Indiana, and that her
occuoation is a housewife.
Affiant further states that she was well acquainted with
John A. Wolf during his lifetime, and that her attention has been
called to a conveyance dated the 23rd day of October, 1951, and
recorded in Deed Record No. 133, page 395, of the recorda in the
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and covering the
following described real property Located in said County and State,
towit:
Lot Number two hundred sixty one <261) in the Original Plan to the
Town of Haubstadt, Gibson County, Indiana.
A part of the south half of the south half of the south half of the
southeast quarter of section thirty six (36), in township three (3)
south, range eleven (11) west and bounded as follows, towit: Beginning .
at the northeast corner of the above described land and running south
ten (10) rods; thence west sixteen <16) rods; thence north ten (10)
rods; and thence east, sixteen (16) rods to the place of beginning,
and containing one (1) acre, more or Less
and in which said conveyance the said John A. Wo1f reserved unto
himself a life estate in and to said above described real pronerty.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said John A. Wolf� died while in the home of this affiant
Indiana,
at No. 638 E. Florida Street, Evansville,( on or about the 6th day
of May, 1964.
