AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
LaVOna Wood (sometimes designated as Vona Mae Wood),
being first duly sworn upon her oath deposes and says:
That she is more than'forty (40) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a
Housewife.
That she is familia with the following described real
estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the east half of section 7, township 2 south, ranqe 10
west, described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin set 40 feet
west of the southwest corner of Lot 3, in Archer's Enlargement to
the town (now city) of Princeton, and run from thence north on a
line parallel to the west line of said lot 3 a distance of 128 feet
and 6 inches; thence west 76 feet and 6 inches; thence south on a
line parallel to the west line of said lot 3,�128 feet and 6 inches;
thence east 76'feet and 6 inches to the place of beginning. Being in
all particulars the same part and parcel of real estate described
in Deed Record 130.�page 503'and-Deed Record No. 138 page 386, Office
of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by LaVOna wood (sometimes designated
as Vona Mae Wood), husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said John william Wood, Sr, died intestate, on or about
November 16, 1970 and that said LaVOna Wood and John William Wood, Sr.
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said John
william Wood.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said John William Wood, Sr. at the time--
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
