AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Ralph E. woods, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is - Retired.
That he is familiar with the follocaing described real
estate located in (�son County, Zndiana, towit:
Part of Out Lot two (2) in the Original Plan of the town (now city)
of Princeton, Ind., bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at a point
in the West line of�said lot fifty (50) feet South of the Northwest
corner thereof, running thence South seventy eight (78) feet, more
or less to the brick building now owned by Louis Rothschild, thence
East 140 feet; thence run North to a point fifty (50) feet south
of the North line of said lot; thence West to the place of beginning;
ALSO,
A part of Lot Number six (6) in Range number one (1) of the outlots
or New Survey (of 1818) of the town (now city) of Princeton, bounded
as follows: Beginning at a point one hundred twenty four (124)
feet, three (3) inches.east of the northwest corner of said lot
number six (6) anii running east fifty (50) feet; thence south one
hundred forty-eight (148) feet and six (6) inches to the south line
of said lot; thence west fifty (50) feet; thence north to the place
of beginning.
Being the same real.estate described in Deed Record No. 134
page 12, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,�Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knawledge that said above described
was formerly owned by Ralph E. Woods and Cleo Woods, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Cleo Woods died on or about the 23rd day of March,
1970 and that said Ralph E. woods and Cleo Woods were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Cleo 47oods.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Cleo Woods at the time of
her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
