ESTATE ON THE TRANSFER
RECORDS
To ROY E. OWENS,
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana:
STATE OF INDIAATA
COUIVTY OF GIBSON, SS:
DAPHENA B. VVALKER , being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that CHESTER C. WAL,KER, husband of this affiant,
departed this life, a resident of Oakland City, Indiana, on the 15th
day of May , 1971, and left this affiant aurviving as his widow;
that as of the date of death the said CHESTER C. VCrALKER and this
affiant were, as tenants by the entirety, the owners of the real estate
listed on the transfer records of Oakland City, Gibson County, Indiana,
as follows:

College Park Addition,
College Park Addition,
Part of Lot 7, Block 7
Lot 8, Block 7
Lot 9. Block 7.
That title in and to said real estate passed to this affiant as the sur-
viving widow of the said CHESTER C. WAL,KER, and she executes this
affidavit to induce the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer
said real estate to her name upon the transfer records of Oakland City,
Indiana.
